If you have questions concerning your order or need advice on a product, please feel free to contact us using the contact information in the secure area of the store. Provide us with a phone number and the best time to reach you, ie; PST, CST, EST and someone will contact you with 48 hours Monday through Friday.
If you don't see an item in the store, ASK, it is probably in the trailer ready for the next show.

We ship within 2 business days Monday through Friday "Unless" we are at a dog show out of state and then we ship on Tuesday and Wednesday when we get back in town. If you are concerned, email me and I will tell you the ship date or your order.
NOTE: Items shipped from the manufacturer and custom made leashes take additional time. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks.
